Filteroff is a video speed dating app featured in The New York Times, BBC, ABC, and many others! Our mission is to facilitate authentic connections for singles around the world.
What you will do
- You'll be an arbiter of our digital vision and will find opportunities to foster this vision within the team. You'll help us push digital design to tell evocative brand stories that create emotional connections with consumers.
- You will partner with an interdisciplinary team to build a vision for something that hasn't yet been defined; working with copywriters, brand designers, and ad directors.
- Work with our product and engineering lead to align on product aesthetic and UX.
- Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
- Develop ad concepts for digital placements
- Curate in-real-life marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness
What we’re looking for
- First and foremost: you’re excited to work for a small startup (team of two!) and can operate with an owner mentality
- You have a killer design aesthetic and an excellent handle on user experience and digital strategy. You know how to push creative teams to imagine new ways of bringing digital experiences to life through interaction and content.
- You have 3+ years of digital design experience working at a creative agency, startup, or similar environment.
- You've spent 2+ years in previous leadership roles and can effectively oversee the quality and efficacy of our digital team's work.
- You have a solid understanding of UX design principles and prototyping tools, and an equally polished portfolio showcasing your UI/visual design capabilities.
- You are excited to build a diverse, creative team
- Experience with Figma, Canva, Final Cut, or equivalent video-editing software.
